Q. Why should I buy from you guys in the first place?
A. Great question, there are certainly many places you can go to buy cartridges, paper etc. I believe what makes us unique is not just having great prices and service but our drive to really understand our customers so that we can best look after their needs. If you want to hear what our customers think of us just have a look at our testimonials page here
Q. What's the difference between Original & Non-Original Cartridges?
A. Original inks, toners, fax rolls come from the original manufacturer (HP, Canon etc) whereas non originals are a generic brand that could be made by anyone. For example if you use a refill kit to refill your own empty ink cartridge you've just created a non original cartridge yourself !
Non originals are broken down into remanufactured and compatibles. Remanufactured being an empty original thats filled with ink or toner and parts replaced if needed and then resold. Compatibles are actually a brand new cartridge made from scratch to work with your machine in the same way as the original. In both cases the page yield should be the same or more than the original.
NOTE: A remanufactured cartridge should only be ever made from an empty thats only been used once (such as the suppliers we use)
Q. How do I tell on the website which cartridges are original and which are non originals?
A. Any non-original cartridge is clearly shown as "NON ORIGINAL" and all the others are original by default.
Q. Is it safe to use Non-Original Cartridges in my machine?
A. Absolutely!!? All our non-originals are fully guaranteed against faulty workmanship. In the past some manufacturers have tried to "suggest" that your warranty will be void if an original cartridge is not used however this is against the law unless they can show that the printer was damaged as a direct result of using a non-original cartridge. In this case you are still covered as we will have your machine repaired or replaced

Q. Why would I want to buy non-original cartridges anyway?
A. Well 2 main reasons? Firstly there are substantial savings to be had, at times up to 50% or more!! but secondly with many of our non-original cartridges you can do your bit for the environment by reusing an original cartridge (re-manufactured) and still have the cost savings as an added bonus.
Q. How can I be sure I'm getting great quality buying from you?
A. We've been very selective and found the leading suppliers of both original and non-original cartridges in the country (yes we did come across many bad ones) and challenged them satisfy OUR standards of quality control, testing etc.
Where practical we've gone and looked for ourselves at their premises to actually see their production lines, testing rooms etc.
Then we've challenged them again to get the very best pricing available to pass on to our customers. Lastly we established what their standards of customer service and other processes are so that if something does go wrong (lets be honest sometimes things do go wrong) the issue is monitored is all the way through to resolution and resolved in a timely manner.
