Freight :: The Cartridge Specialists

Our freight system uses both Australia Post and couriers depending on your location (mostly couriers). The following information shows the charges for both standard & express freight and other useful information you need to know about.

Standard Freight:
In most cases standard freight is all people need to get their order to them quickly and at a reasonable cost. Turnaround time is generally within 2 working days (we make all attempts to have you order delivered ASAP however we are also at the mercy of our postal system and couriers), please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address specified on your order otherwise the courier will leave a card to arrange re-delivery.

For orders under $100:

Melbourne Metro: All orders within the Melbourne will be charged $5.00 for freight (up to 25kgs)
Outside Melbourne, Country & Interstate: All orders outside of Melbourne will be charged $10.00 for freight (up to 25kgs)

For orders over $100: We pay the freight charge so it costs you nothing

Orders over 25kgs: It would be rare that an order weigh in above 25kgs however if you believe this will be the case please use the 'Contact Us' page to ge a quote on the freight component. If you process the order normally without contacting us first and we feel the order may be above 25kgs we shall contact you immediatley.

Express Freight:
Express freight services are available in many locations (generally the major cities) guaranteed to get to you within 2-4hrs or 3-4hrs. The exact cost will have to be determined at the time you order depending on your location and what you are ordering so just contact us by phone or email.

Note: The cutoff for this service is 2pm to allow for time needed to process the order, get it through to the warehouse and then for the courier to be able to get it to the destination by COB.

Overseas Orders:
Generally we dont process any overseas orders due to the high incidence of credit card fraud. For orders outside of Australia please contact us by phone or email first before placing an order through the website as freight will need to be calculated after considering the items being shipped, area being shipped to etc.

Shipment will be by:-

Aust Post - They have a range of delivery options such as ECI (Express Courier International), Air Services, Sea Services with options for additional insurance coverage, delivery confirmation etc. You can find out more information by going to their website.
We can ship to whatever location in Australia you wish and then you can arrange your own transport to your country

Payment for Overseas Orders:

We can only accept payment for an overseas order by direct bank transfer or cheque/money order and goods will only be shipped once the funds have cleared. Any overseas payment by credit/debit card submitted without contacting us first will NOT result in any goods being sent
