The below diagram shows the 3 ways to find your shopping items from anywhere on the site

So you have 3 options:-

• Search by Keyword if you know the item code (or a partial description) or
• Search by Make, Type & Model (the 3 drop down boxes) if you know if you know what type of printer / fax machine / copier you have or
• Search by Categories as listed on the left hand side

• Step 1 - Type the item code here (eg "BCI24") or some descriptive words for a more general search (eg "Epson toner cartridges" which would give you all Epson toner cartridges)

Note: This will not necessarily show all cartridges that suit your machine. If you want to search this way use one of the other methods listed below (search by make, type, model or search by category)

• Step 2 - Press 'Enter' or click on the search button and you'll see all the results that suit your keyword search and click on the 'buy' button for the items you wish in your shopping cart
  
• Step 3 - Once you've selected everything you wish to purchase just click on the picture of a shopping cart in the 'Your Cart' section or the 'Shopping cart' button at the top of the screen (see the image below)

Note: In the shopping cart screen you can make any changes until you're finished and click on the checkout button

Advanced Search
To the right of the search box you can do a more advanced search specifying certain categories, price ranges etc. For those accustomed to advanced search engine queries you can also use other expressions such as AND, OR, double quotes and brackets

To the right of the keyword search box are 3 drop boxes (see the figure above) where you can select your printer, fax machine or photocopier (you can also find all other products in our range such as stationery, hardware etc)

• 1st drop box - Select the make of your machine (eg Brother, Canon, Stationery)
• 2nd drop box - Select the type or sub category (eg Laser Printers, Paper)
• 3rd drop box - Select the model or next sub category

NOTE: Your screen will automatically update after making a selection in the 2nd or 3rd drop box and display your items

• Step 1 - Click on the category for the make of your machine or to look at our other products such as paper, blank DVD's etc (eg if you have an Epson printer select the category 'EPSON' or if you needed some paper select 'STATIONERY')

• Step 2 - Select from the list of sub categories now displayed your printer type (eg Laser Printer) or other (stationery etc)

• Step 3 - Lastly you choose your printer model or final sub category if you're not shopping for consumables
