Our apologies for this as we are more than happy to take back faulty goods and replace them once they've been tested and the fault confirmed but if you do need to deal directly with the manufacturer this is something outside our control

Returns Policy
There are generally 2 types of returns being faulty goods or unwanted goods (unwanted because the incorrect ones were ordered etc)
General points for both faulty & unwanted goods:-
All items being returned require a form to be included, simply contact our customer support department on and we will fax or email a form to you (Please be aware that this form is only valid for 14 days from the date we email or fax it to you. This is as per our suppliers terms and conditions)
-
Goods being returned to our warehouse in some cases may be picked up by a courier arranged by us otherwise must be sent on a freight paid basis. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have a proof of delivery in case your goods go missing in transit. In the case of faulty goods being returned just keep a record of the cost so that we can re-imbursue you
-
For consumable returns(cartridges, fax rolls, paper etc), once we have received the goods we will then evaluate them to verify the fault or the condition and contact you to advise the result
-
For hardware returns (printers etc), in many cases your warranty will be directly with the manufacturer (HP, Canon etc) so when this is the case please contact the manufacturer directly
-
If the product has been refilled or tampered with in any way, the credit will be rejected
-
Please ensure that all cartridges must be sealed and secured to ensure they do not leak or get lost in transit
-
Once your goods have been returned and a credit approved you can either request a refund or replacement, we're happy to be flexible to meet your needs
**Warranty details can be found here**

FAULTY GOODS:
- Generally faulty goods must be returned within 90 days of the invoice date (this is due to manufacturers stipulations) however we are prepared to be flexible on a case by case basis and make a request to the manufacturer if the 90 day period has expired as in some cases we have some latitude

- Some cartridges may have to be over a minimum weight before we can accept them for return (you will be advised if this applies)
-
Some manufacturers now require you to deal directly with them even if you bought the goods through us. At the moment this is the case for OKI and Xerox but when you lodge your return we will let you know if you need to ring the manufacturer directly. Our apologies for this as we are more than happy to take back fautly goods and replace them once they've been tested and the fault confirmed but if you do need to deal directly with the manufacturer this is something outside our control
